• All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Custom and made-to-order items may take up to 7-10 business days to create before shipping.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
• We offer standard shipping (5-7 business days) and expedited shipping (2-3 business days).
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
• Orders over $65.00 qualify for free U.S. shipping.
International Shipping
• We currently ship to select international countries. Shipping times vary between 7-21 business days depending on location.
• International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes.
Order Tracking
• A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
• Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• If an item arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery, and we will provide a replacement or store credit.
Returns & Exchanges
• Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds.
