Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom and made-to-order items may take up to 7-10 business days to create before shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping (5-7 business days) and expedited shipping (2-3 business days).
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Orders over $65.00 qualify for free U.S. shipping.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international countries. Shipping times vary between 7-21 business days depending on location.
International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for stolen packages, but we will do our best to assist you.
If an item arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery, and we will provide a replacement or store credit.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds.
